Great networking events for great local businesses.
Ipswich Means Business is a bi-monthly evening networking event, where you have the opportunity to meet up other local business owners, and potentially do business. Run by the team at Grow My Small Business in partnership with Ipswich Town & Waterfront, our networking events are informal and relaxed, with no formal presentations or the requirement to talk in front of the whole group. And there is no membership fee as we want you to come to our events because you want to, and not because you’re obliged to by a long term commitment.
During the networking events everyone moves around so that by the end of the evening everyone gets to meet everyone else – there is time to talk about your business, and many people find these small groups more informative than larger networking groups where you may only get to actually talk to a handful of people. We start the New Year at the beautifully restored Mutual House, 2, Princes St, Ipswich IP1 1QT which is the town centre branch of Ipswich Building Society.
The cost to attend Ipswich Means Business varies, and the fee includes costs for the venue, a light evening buffet, and administration costs to the booking agent, EventsFrame. Because our events and the catering are based upon ticket bookings we are unable to offer refunds to cancellations and non-attendees. Tickets are limited to a maximum of two people per business. Should you wish to book for larger groups please contact the organiser first.
We are confident that you will enjoy the evening and by the end you will have met every other person attending. New businesses are always welcome, and we hope to see you at a future event.
At Grow My Small Business Ltd we take your privacy seriously. We are the Data Controller, and EventsFrame act as the Data Processor for these events. Payments are processed through Stripe who also act as a Data Processor for this purpose.
